According to the Constitution of Georgia, all citizens aged 18 and over have the right to vote and express their opinions freely. Yet, many people still face barriers in fully exercising this right.
A video, available in Georgian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani, created by the Down Syndrome Association of Georgia with support from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), helps people with intellectual disabilities understand what self-advocacy means and how they can use it to stand up for their rights.
