To support this, the Down Syndrome Association of Georgia, with the support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), created a video—available in Georgian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani—that helps people with intellectual disabilities learn the key rules for participating in elections.
